Your mission:

• Ensure a personalised care and support offer, adapted to the needs of elderly patients and their relatives, within the polyvalent geriatric rehabilitation units and the units supporting orientation towards a medico-social establishment, in accordance with the CHVR Hospital Model.

Your profile:

• Federal Certificate of Competence as Community Health and Care Assistant
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders
• Empathy, dynamism and open-mindedness
• Self-control, stress resistance
