This is how you provide strong support for our customers and service:
Customer Support
Technician Support
Further Development of Our Remote Diagnosis
- You analyse fault reports and operating data from customer systems using our remote diagnosis system, answer technical questions, and initiate appropriate measures to resolve faults if necessary
- You actively identify optimisation potentials and contribute to ensuring our systems operate reliably
Technician Support
- You assist our service technicians with fault rectifications, maintenance, and commissioning, and support them in handling the SmartSolutions system landscape
- You coordinate the resolution of system faults and escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments
Further Development of Our Remote Diagnosis
- You actively participate in the further development of our service, fault logics, and digital services, accompany software tests, and contribute your knowledge from daily operations
- For this, you work closely with service, technical support, product management, IT, and external system partners
With these skills, you are our man or woman:
- Technical training in heating, refrigeration, building technology, or electrical engineering
- Experience in service or operation of heat pump systems
- Understanding of control technology, IoT, or remote diagnosis systems
- Very good German and good English skills
- Further training as a specialist for heating systems is an advantage
