Are you looking for a position where no day is like the other? As an Azure & M365 Workplace Engineer, you are the central contact person for the entire ICT and are familiar with everything from the workplace to the data centre. Modern cloud technologies such as Microsoft 365 (M365) and Azure shape your daily work just as much as classic infrastructure. Here you bring in ideas and quickly see their impact.
Responsibilities:
You implement IT projects and introduce new solutions including training for users.
You are responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of servers, networks, end devices and peripherals including software and interfaces.
You gradually implement the cloud and digitalisation strategy.
Furthermore, you strengthen IT security with targeted measures and keep risks in view.
As the first point of contact in support, you advise the departments competently and solution-oriented.
In addition, you pass on your knowledge to IT apprentices and accompany them on their training path.
Qualifications:
You have a qualification as an IT specialist EFZ or an equivalent technical education.
You are proficient with VMware and Windows servers, and familiar with Fortinet and Cisco in networking.
Solid know-how in the Microsoft environment as well as common standard software completes your profile.
You are attracted by a wide range of tasks and, as an experienced generalist, you keep an overview even with variety.
Moreover, you work independently, enjoy learning and quickly grasp new topics.
You are also sociable and helpful and communicate confidently in both spoken and written German and English.
