IT Support Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Receiving & processing customer enquiries
Ticket creation and tracking
Ensuring service level compliance
Analysis and resolution of technical issues with UCC/CC and MS Teams
Collaboration with internal teams & suppliers to resolve problems
Qualifications:
Training in IT or telecommunications
Experience in networking, routing, security & Active Directory
Experience in VoIP support
Very good German & good English skills
