CONCIERGE WITH ON-SITE ACCOMMODATION

About the job

We are looking for a reliable, meticulous and autonomous building concierge to ensure the maintenance and good condition of the common areas of a building.

The position is linked to a 3.5-room on-site accommodation located on the ground floor, with a private terrace.

• Start date: Immediately or to be agreed
• Location: Jean-Pavillard 16, 1009 Pully
• Work rate: ~ 35%, to be defined

Your tasks

• Cleaning and maintenance of the entrance hall, stairwells, lift cabins (once a week)
• Dusting and cleaning of handrails and stair windows
• Cleaning of common rooms, including notably:
• 2 laundries (once a week)
• Cellars (once a month)
• Cleaning and maintenance of the car park (once a month)
• Taking out and bringing in the containers according to the schedule (3 times a week) and maintaining the cleanliness of the container rooms
• Regular inspection and cleaning of grilles and water drains
• Generally ensuring the cleanliness and good condition of the common areas
• Reporting any damage, malfunctions or necessary repairs to the administrator
• Collaborating with the administrator for communication to residents
• Posting notices and information in the designated areas or in the letterboxes
• Ensuring the recharging of laundry cards
• Ensuring compliance with the rules regarding posting in the building and opposing unauthorised postings, except for communications from companies involved in works
• Contributing to maintaining a clean, orderly and pleasant environment for all residents

• Having a sense of responsibility
• Comfortable in contact with residents and administration
• Able to identify and report problems quickly
• Diplomatic while knowing how to enforce the building rules
• Experience in concierge or building maintenance is an advantage
