Project Manager Construction Manager Interior Fit-Out (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 115,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced professional as Project Manager / Construction Manager Interior Fit-Out for the independent realisation of demanding fit-out and renovation projects. You will accompany projects especially in the areas of office, retail and gastronomy from execution planning through tendering and construction execution to acceptance and handover. In doing so, you take responsibility for costs, deadlines, quality and contractor coordination and ensure a smooth process between the client, specialist planners and executing companies. Additionally, you will handle building applications and official clarifications and contribute to façade and roof renovations as well as other structural adjustments.
Responsibilities:
Independent management and coordination of demanding interior fit-out, conversion and renovation projects
Realisation of projects in the areas of office fit-out, retail, gastronomy as well as façade and roof renovation
Accompanying projects from execution planning through realisation to acceptance and handover
Responsibility for cost, schedule and quality management as well as ongoing project controlling
Leadership and coordination of contractors, specialist planners, suppliers and external project partners
Conducting and leading construction, coordination and contractor meetings
Monitoring construction execution regarding quality, execution details, deadlines and contracts
Preparation and processing of tenders, cost estimates, awards and change orders
Preparation and coordination of building applications as well as conducting technical and building law clarifications with authorities
Checking measurements, contractor invoices and construction accounts as well as monitoring the project budget
Handling constructive interfaces between interior fit-out, building services, façade, roof and structural framework
Use of Messerli Bauad, MS Project and CAD for construction administration, scheduling and technical project processing
Qualifications:
Training as a certified construction manager, draftsman EFZ specialising in architecture, structural/interior fit-out draftsman or comparable technical qualification
At least 3 years of professional experience in Switzerland in construction management, project management, interior fit-out or conversion
Sound knowledge in interior fit-out, execution planning, building construction and contractor coordination
Experience in cost management, tendering, awarding, scheduling and construction accounting
Knowledge of Swiss SIA standards, construction processes and building permit procedures
User knowledge of Messerli Bauad, MS Project and CAD is an advantage
Very good German language skills; French skills are an advantage
