The Finance department includes the Accounting and Controlling, Patient Administration and mediQ divisions. The Accounting and Controlling department is responsible for accounting, supports and develops financial management tools, prepares reports and profitability calculations. Patient Administration is responsible for the entire process of billing medical services. MediQ develops and sells software for medication interaction checks to increase patient safety.

Profile

• Completed commercial training or comparable professional experience
• Independent, structured and careful way of working
• Flexibility in scheduling and task acceptance
• Accounting flair and good handling of IT systems
• Enjoyment in contact with people and teamwork

Tasks

• Processing of creditor invoices
• Assignments at the central cash desk (opening hours each morning on Monday, Wednesday and Friday)
• Creating invoices, dunning
• General administrative work in accounting
