Role:
As a Modern Workplace Security Consultant, you are called upon to support companies in introducing artificial intelligence into everyday work. In this role, you take responsibility for recognising and minimising risks before they become problems. You bring order to chaos and create clarity by turning uncertainty into concrete, actionable solutions. You advise clients on complex security challenges and accompany them from analysis to the implementation of effective measures. You move confidently between technical expertise, strategic consulting, and pragmatic implementation to find solutions that work in everyday life and create real added value.
Responsibilities:
You dive deep into customer environments, identify security risks, and clearly show what needs to be done
In this role, you develop concrete roadmaps for your customers’ security based on analyses
As a Security Consultant, you think about security holistically and develop solutions that can be sustainably anchored in organisations
You bring people together, moderate discussions, and ensure that security is not only understood but also applied
You take responsibility for projects, keep an overview, and bring them to completion – in close collaboration with clients and internal teams
You support solution designs and ensure that good ideas become clean, sustainable solutions
Qualifications:
- You have several years of experience as a consultant, engineer, or architect and know the dynamics of customer projects firsthand
- You understand principles such as Zero Trust, Defense in Depth, or Risk Management not only theoretically but have also successfully applied them in practice
- You have found your professional focus – ideally in Microsoft Security, Cloud Security, IAM, Endpoint, or Network Security – and bring in-depth experience there
- You are confident in consulting around best practices, governance, and regulatory requirements and can communicate these clearly and pragmatically
- Your working style is structured and analytical; at the same time, you take responsibility and drive things forward independently
- You can engage people – with strong communication and moderation skills, very good German skills, and good English skills
