Do you love implementing technology independently and delighting customers? Then you are exactly right with us! In this position, you carry out service and maintenance work at our customers’ sites and are the central contact person for technical questions on site. At the same time, you maintain existing customer contacts and actively build new relationships.
Responsibilities:
Independent execution of service, maintenance and upkeep work on modern systems
Building and maintaining customer relationships
Participation and support in PLC, KNX and automation projects
Troubleshooting and problem solving directly at the customer’s site
Qualifications:
Completed training as an Electrical Installer EFZ
Experience with PLC, KNX or comparable automation systems
High initiative, independence and sense of responsibility
Enjoyment of technical challenges and customer contact
Team spirit and strong communication skills
