Independent management and supervision of construction projects Planning and coordination of construction execution considering time, cost, and quality requirements Leadership and control of construction processes as well as personnel and subcontractor deployment planning Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations Close collaboration with architects, engineers, clients, and other project participants Conducting construction meetings and acceptance of construction services Monitoring construction progress and responsibility for timely project completion

Construction Manager (m/f/d)

Qualifications:
- Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification in construction
- Several years of professional experience in project management as well as client representation/construction management
- Sound knowledge of construction execution, planning, and site management
- Confident use of common construction and project management software, ideally SAP knowledge
- Good knowledge of VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures) and construction law regulations
- Organisational talent, assertiveness, and communication skills
- Teamwork, flexibility, and an independent working style
