Electrical Project Manager - Permanent Contract (M/F)
Job Description
Positions available in Vaud or Geneva.
Manage the technical execution of electrical sites (buildings, industry, tertiary, residential depending on company specialisation)
Establish execution schedules and coordinate internal teams and subcontractors
Ensure budget monitoring of the site (purchases, measurements, work situations)
Guarantee compliance with current Swiss standards (NIBT/NIN, SIA, SUVA, ESTI)
Organise and supervise the supply of electrical equipment
Coordinate with other trades (HVAC, plumbing, civil engineering) and contractors (architects, engineers)
Provide regular reporting to management and the client
Ensure safety on site and the application of SUVA/PPE instructions
Participate in site meetings and write minutes
Manage amendments, clearance of reservations and acceptance of works

Training
Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an electrical installer or equivalent, supplemented by foreman/project manager training (federal diploma or HES in electrical engineering)
Or HES engineer in electricity with field experience
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing electrical sites
Proven experience in managing teams and subcontractors
Technical skills
Mastery of NIN/NIBT and SIA standards
Reading electrical plans and diagrams
Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, measurement software such as Messerli or equivalent)
Good knowledge of high and low voltage

We offer you
From 90,000 CHF to 130,000 CHF per YEAR + negotiable with the end client.
