TCE Project Manager (M/F/D)

Do you have solid experience in construction project management in Switzerland and are you looking for a new challenge in Geneva and Romandy? We are looking for an experienced All Trades (TCE) Project Manager for our client to lead large-scale construction sites in a permanent position.

Your playground:

• Complete project management: Steering, coordination and monitoring of TCE construction sites from the design phase to handover.

• Tendering: Drafting, analysing, consulting companies and negotiating subcontractor contracts.

• Technical and financial monitoring: Preparing quotes, budget tracking, meeting schedules and quality control on site.

• Partner interface: Continuous coordination with clients, architects, representatives and site teams.

Your profile:

• Experience: More than 5 years of proven experience as a TCE Project Manager on the Swiss market.

• Technical skills: Proven mastery of site management and estimation tools such as Messerli (or equivalent).

• Languages: Fluent French and professional English are mandatory. Proficiency in German is a strong asset.

• Soft skills: Autonomous, rigorous, with excellent negotiation skills and natural leadership to successfully manage ambitious projects throughout French-speaking Switzerland.
