Assista Legal Protection AG is a company of the Touring Club Switzerland and a leading legal protection insurer. It guarantees first-class services and professional support for insured persons in private, traffic, building, travel, corporate, and internet legal protection. At our location in Ostermundigen, Bern, we are looking for a reliable and motivated person, temporarily from 1 May 2026 until the end of November 2026, who enjoys actively representing the interests of our insured persons.

Your Tasks

• You independently handle legal cases of private and corporate clients in the legal areas insured with us, namely in road traffic law, tenancy and employment contract law, travel contract and consumer law, as well as liability, insurance, and social insurance law

• You conduct oral and written negotiations with parties, authorities, insurers, and opposing lawyers

• You advise and support our insured persons by telephone, in writing, and in person

• In the legal cases you handle, you also take on insurance-related tasks (e.g. checking insurance coverage)

• Through our interactive platform Lex4you, you provide initial telephone information

• As a lawyer, you also supervise, accompany, and oversee externally managed legal cases of private and corporate clients in the legal areas insured with us, namely in road traffic, tenancy and employment contract, travel contract and consumer law, as well as liability, insurance, and social insurance law.

How to Succeed in Your Role

• You have a Swiss law degree (lawyer’s licence advantageous) and ideally bring professional experience (preferably in employment, tenancy, and/or social insurance law)

• You have a broad legal interest and enjoy engaging with new legal areas and issues

• You enjoy working in a team but manage the legal cases you are responsible for independently and autonomously

• You are resilient and remain calm even in hectic situations. A customer-oriented and client-focused working style is important to you.
