Canton public law institution, the CNP has the mission to lead the health policy of the canton of Neuchâtel in the field of mental health, in collaboration with partner institutions. The CNP aims at the rehabilitation of patients suffering from mental disorders through the adoption of an integrated and community psychiatry model; it implements public policies for the promotion and prevention of mental health; it acts as a reference centre in the field of professional training and research in psychiatry.
The Finance Directorate is looking, for its medical secretariat sector, for the adult department, for a:

Holder of a commercial employee CFC or an equivalent qualification, you ideally have a medical secretary diploma (an asset) as well as 3 to 5 years of experience in the administrative field. You wish to join a recognised institution specialised in mental health.
As part of your role you will be required to:
- Ensure a quality welcome and care for patients and their companions,
- Handle telephone calls,
- Manage and optimise schedules (planning and follow-up of appointments),
- Create, update and archive medical records,
- Work closely with medical and multidisciplinary teams,
- Participate in meetings and take minutes,
- Process mail as well as various administrative tasks.
The skills required for this position are as follows:
- Holder of a commercial employee CFC or an equivalent qualification,
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the administrative field,
- Regular use of the Office suite and ideally, knowledge of the software used at CNP (Opale, Polypoint, Carefolio).
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to cope with stressful situations,
- Organisational skills and effective priority management,
- Rigour and precision,
- Perfect command of the French language, both spoken and written,
- Autonomy and ability to work in a team,
- Dynamism, open-mindedness and quick execution,
- Discretion in the disclosure of information and respect for confidentiality.
Start date: 1 December 2026 or to be agreed
