HR Business Partner 80-100%

For our loyal and successful client in Zug and Zurich, we are looking for an HR Business Partner.

Responsibilities

• Advising and supporting managers and employees on all personnel-related matters
• Implementation and further development of HR strategies, processes, and projects
• Support throughout the entire employee life cycle (recruiting, onboarding, development, offboarding)
• Accompanying change processes and organisational developments, change and health management
• Analysis of HR key figures and derivation of measures

Requirements

• Completed commercial training with further education in HR (e.g. HR specialist with a federal diploma)
• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in the industrial sector
• German at native level, good English skills (any additional language is an advantage)
