As Head of Connections, you take responsibility for a committed team and ensure together with them that network connections are planned efficiently, customer-oriented and to the highest quality. What to expect

• You lead the Connections team both personally and professionally and ensure an efficient, customer-oriented handling of all network connections.
• Together with planning, network construction and other internal and external stakeholders, you coordinate the network connections.
• You confidently manage the processing and efficient control of network registrations, connection requests, installation notifications as well as network connection contracts in the low and medium voltage range.
• You are responsible for the preparation and monitoring of offers for network connections and public lighting, as well as correct billing and high-quality network documentation.
• You and your team competently advise customers and partners on network connections including rough cost estimates and are responsible for switching states, cross-sections and fuse sizes as the basis for planning.

What you bring

• Ideally, you have further training at the HF level in electrical/energy technology, a master craftsman’s certificate or a completed technical basic training in the electrical or energy sector with many years of professional experience and further training, e.g. in project management.
• Ideally, you have already gained leadership experience or want to take the next step into a leadership role; knowledge in the planning, design or operation of distribution networks rounds off your profile.
• You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner, impress with a high level of customer orientation and appreciate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, are a prerequisite for this role.
