Project Manager Architecture (m/f/d)
Role:
You want to accompany a demanding renovation and extension project in Zurich from the start and take responsibility for planning and project organisation? You can expect a varied role with close collaboration with specialist planners, authorities and project participants.
Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for the project management of a demanding construction project
Organisation and coordination of the various planning phases
Management of collaboration with specialist planners, authorities and other project participants
Support and coordination of the execution planning
Ensuring a structured flow of information and communication
Independent handling and further development of project tasks
Participation in the successful implementation of the project
Qualifications:
Several years of professional experience in project management and execution planning
Experience in project organisation and coordination
Confident use of ArchiCAD 2D and 3D
Experience in communication with authorities and specialist planners
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
Independent, structured and reliable working style
Team spirit and enthusiasm for demanding projects
