About the job
Do you want to use your SAP know-how to achieve more than just keeping processes running?
At SIGA, you shape the digital foundation of a company that provides energy-efficient buildings worldwide – actively contributing to climate protection. Our SAP landscape is the backbone for sustainable growth, stable processes, and continuous innovation. Here, you don’t work in the background but on the strategic development of a system that supports hundreds of employees worldwide every day. If you are looking for an environment where quality, safety, and future orientation belong together, you are exactly right with us.
Qualifications and Characteristics
- You have a degree in (business) computer science or a vocational training in computer science with targeted further education (e.g. business informatics, software engineering, or project management).
- You have at least five years of solid professional experience in the SAP environment and have already successfully completed (partial) projects.
- You are confident in SAP Customising and master development with ABAP OO. In addition, you have experience with modern technologies such as SAP Fiori, UI5, as well as in connecting interfaces (API, SOAP).
- You communicate fluently in German and have good English skills (level B1) to move confidently in our international environment.
- As a proactive personality, you appreciate personal responsibility. You think process-oriented, are a team player, and enjoy translating complex requirements into sustainable solutions.
About the Job
Ensure, optimise, advance: You are responsible for the smooth operation and further development of our central SAP modules (including FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, EWM, and HCM/SF).
You lead SAP projects and take on both project management and consulting tasks by analysing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and managing internal and external development resources. Furthermore, you implement solutions in classic SAP modules, in modern web technologies such as Fiori/UI5, and on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). Another focus is integration management, where you technically map complex logistics and financial processes and optimise the connection of external partners. Additionally, you support users in third-level support and advise departments on standardising and optimising their processes.
What We Offer You
- Become part of SIGA and make a meaningful contribution against global climate change and for the protection of our environment
- A unique innovative company culture focused on continuous improvement (every 10th day is dedicated to optimisation)
- Flexible holiday arrangements, with the possibility to increase from five to seven weeks
- A balanced life-work balance. Flexible working hours and two days of home office are a matter of course for us
- The stability of an internationally active family business
