Technical Sales Consultant Building Technology (m/f/d)
Our client is an established industrial company that develops and produces technical solutions for water management and infrastructure. The company combines its own manufacturing with technical consulting and customised solutions for various application areas.

Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you will manage your own market area in the field of building technology. You bring your practical knowledge to construction projects and support professionals in considering technical requirements early and planning suitable system solutions.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with regional specialist planners, installation companies and other construction partners
Assess project documents and structural conditions to identify suitable product applications
Support planners with technical detail questions and promote the consideration of appropriate solutions in project documents
Collaborate with internal specialists and external partners on application-specific issues
Systematically work on your own area and develop new business opportunities in the construction environment
Qualifications:
Vocational training in sanitary or building technology
Several years of practical experience in installation, planning or execution of construction projects
Experience in technical consulting or field service
Good understanding of construction processes and technical requirements
Independent working style and confident manner with different contacts
Good user knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
Residence in the managed area or within reachable proximity
Enjoyment of regular customer visits and responsible area management
