Job Description
Within a demanding and fast-paced airport environment, you participate in the preparation and production of culinary services intended for both line catering and VIP clientele.
You ensure the preparation of various hot and cold dishes in compliance with technical sheets, quality standards, as well as hygiene and food safety regulations.
Your rigour, organisation and ability to maintain consistent quality will be essential to the success of your mission.
Profile Sought
You have proven experience in the kitchen and possess solid technical knowledge ideally acquired within a traditional brasserie or a gastronomic establishment.
Autonomous, organised and responsive, you enjoy teamwork and know how to adapt to a demanding production environment.
An excellent command of the fundamentals of cooking as well as particular attention to the quality of products and creations are essential.
Conditions
The assignments are offered on continuous hours, with shifts that may start very early in the morning.
Your availability and flexibility in working hours are therefore essential elements for this position.
