Our client is recruiting a High-End Community Cook (M/F/D).

The role: As a Community Cook, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and smooth running of food services.

Expected duties of the role:

• Preparation of mise en place
• Prepare and create meals in accordance with recipes, quality standards, and production deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety rules (HACCP).
• Setting up the buffet
• Receiving and sorting goods

Experience required: We are looking for a candidate with significant experience in a similar role, ideally in a high-end environment.

Skills expected for the role:

• Autonomy
• Good stress management
• Having own transport
• Mastery of cooking techniques.
• High professional rigour.
