- Planning, implementation, and further development of Microsoft-based server, client, and cloud environments
- Operation and optimisation of Microsoft 365 and hybrid infrastructure solutions
- Support of virtualisation and VDI platforms (e.g. Citrix, Horizon, RDS)
- Design, implementation, and maintenance of security and firewall solutions
- Performing maintenance, system analyses, and performance optimisations
- 3rd-level support for complex incidents
- Collaboration and technical leadership in infrastructure and migration projects
- Several years of professional experience in IT system engineering in a similar role
- Further training in IT system technology is an advantage, e.g. federal diploma ICT system and network technician, diploma technician HF computer science, or comparable higher vocational training
- Certifications in the Microsoft environment (e.g. Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365, Windows Server) are an advantage
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Server, Microsoft 365, and hybrid cloud architectures
- Experience with virtualisation and VDI technologies
- Knowledge of network and security technologies
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- High self-organisation as well as pronounced customer and service orientation
- Fluent German skills (C2) and very good English skills (B2)
- Possession of a category B driving licence

Responsibilities
- Technical overall responsibility for customer infrastructures in SME and enterprise environments- Planning, implementation, and further development of Microsoft-based server, client, and cloud environments
- Operation and optimisation of Microsoft 365 and hybrid infrastructure solutions
- Support of virtualisation and VDI platforms (e.g. Citrix, Horizon, RDS)
- Design, implementation, and maintenance of security and firewall solutions
- Performing maintenance, system analyses, and performance optimisations
- 3rd-level support for complex incidents
- Collaboration and technical leadership in infrastructure and migration projects
Profile
- Completed IT training as an IT specialist EFZ specialising in system technology/platform development- Several years of professional experience in IT system engineering in a similar role
- Further training in IT system technology is an advantage, e.g. federal diploma ICT system and network technician, diploma technician HF computer science, or comparable higher vocational training
- Certifications in the Microsoft environment (e.g. Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365, Windows Server) are an advantage
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Server, Microsoft 365, and hybrid cloud architectures
- Experience with virtualisation and VDI technologies
- Knowledge of network and security technologies
