What is my role?

* Maintenance, repair and servicing of technical systems on site at the customer

* Conducting regular inspections and tests

* Quick and reliable troubleshooting and resolution of technical problems

* Ensuring smooth operation of all systems

* Developing creative solutions for technical challenges

* Documenting completed work and service calls

* Advising and supporting customers on site

* Field service assignments with changing locations

What do I need to be successful?

* Completed technical training (e.g. as a mechatronics technician, electrician, industrial mechanic or equivalent)

* Work experience in the service sector is an advantage

* Technical understanding and manual dexterity

* Driving licence class B

* Willingness to travel for field service assignments

* Independent and solution-oriented working style

* Customer orientation and strong communication skills

* Team spirit and flexibility
