Internal Sales Employee (m/f/d)
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you will take on a versatile role in the sales environment and ensure that customer concerns are reliably processed internally. You combine organisational skills with enjoyment of personal customer contact.
Responsibilities:
Be the contact person for customers regarding ongoing business transactions and independently record concerns
Consolidate information from various enquiries and prepare it for further processing
Create commercial documents and consistently follow up on open business opportunities
Coordinate changes and additional requests within existing processes
Develop customer-oriented solutions together with the involved departments in case of discrepancies
Keep relevant customer and product data up to date in the systems used
Relieve the sales organisation of administrative and organisational matters
Qualifications:
Basic training in electrical engineering and commercial further education
Professional experience in a customer- or sales-related role
Interest in technical products and good understanding of contexts
Confident use of digital working tools
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
Independent and careful working style
Enjoyment in collaborating with customers and internal departments
