You accompany SMEs in the introduction and adaptation of Abacus HR and payroll modules
Together with customers, you analyse HR processes, capture requirements, and document them clearly
After your induction, you take on your own customer projects and implement solutions directly at the customer site
You conduct workshops and user training and ensure a successful system introduction
The projects last several weeks and include regular on-site customer visits
Qualifications:
A commercial education and further training at FH/HF level or an HR specialist certificate complete your profile
You bring several years of experience in HR or payroll accounting and ideally Abacus experience
Your enthusiasm for software, digitalisation, and efficient processes is clearly noticeable
Fluent written and spoken German; an uncomplicated and humorous personality
