HLKS Department Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

As HLKS Department Manager, you bear overall responsibility for three profit centres - heating/cooling, ventilation, and sanitation - and indirectly lead around 100 employees. You actively shape the strategic future of building technology as part of the regional board. In this role, you can expect the following tasks:

• Strategic development and continuous advancement of a high-performing HLKS organisation

• Comprehensive P&L responsibility: You manage revenue, EBIT, margins, and cost structures

• (In)direct leadership of project managers, specialists, and fitters - establishing a contemporary leadership culture

• Implementation of LEAN Construction, takt planning, and standardised processes

• Expansion of direct customer business and development of integrated solution approaches such as Design-Build & AllianzOne

• Driving digitalisation and transformation within the HLKS project organisation

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical basic training in an HLKS trade is indispensable

• Advanced technical college, university of applied sciences, or equivalent qualification

• Many years of experience in team leadership as well as solid knowledge from the HLKS or construction industry

• Proven success in project management, profit and loss control, and team leadership

• Entrepreneurial mindset, enthusiasm for sales and customer relationship development

• Talent for motivating people and actively developing organisational structures

• Rooted in the region or openness to establish this
