What is my role?
As HLKS Department Manager, you bear overall responsibility for three profit centres - heating/cooling, ventilation, and sanitation - and indirectly lead around 100 employees. You actively shape the strategic future of building technology as part of the regional board. In this role, you can expect the following tasks:
Strategic development and continuous advancement of a high-performing HLKS organisation
Comprehensive P&L responsibility: You manage revenue, EBIT, margins, and cost structures
(In)direct leadership of project managers, specialists, and fitters - establishing a contemporary leadership culture
Implementation of LEAN Construction, takt planning, and standardised processes
Expansion of direct customer business and development of integrated solution approaches such as Design-Build & AllianzOne
Driving digitalisation and transformation within the HLKS project organisation
What do I need to be successful?
Completed technical basic training in an HLKS trade is indispensable
Advanced technical college, university of applied sciences, or equivalent qualification
Many years of experience in team leadership as well as solid knowledge from the HLKS or construction industry
Proven success in project management, profit and loss control, and team leadership
Entrepreneurial mindset, enthusiasm for sales and customer relationship development
Talent for motivating people and actively developing organisational structures
Rooted in the region or openness to establish this
