About the job
Leading with freedom
You don’t just want to add more responsibility to your existing tasks in fiduciary work. You want to develop a team, actively shape mandates, and pursue a career path that fits your life. For an established, future-oriented fiduciary partner in the Zug area, we are therefore looking for a personality who combines professional strength with natural leadership.
You can expect an environment where trust counts not only towards clients. Collaboration is personal, communication is direct, and turnover is low. Many employees have been part of the team for years – a clear sign that performance, development, and a good private life are not mutually exclusive here.
