- You support our clients by telephone for enquiries in the areas of vested benefits accounts, occupational benefits, debt collection and benefits service.
- You transfer more complex enquiries to the competent departments.
- When the phone is not ringing, you also take care of administrative tasks related to vested benefits accounts and occupational benefits.
What you bring
- You have completed your professional training and have already worked in a service-oriented company.
- You describe yourself as a professional in telephone customer advice.
- You approach customers with cordiality and a solution-oriented attitude. You enjoy contact with different people.
- Prior knowledge of the 2nd pillar and social insurance is an advantage but not mandatory.
- You speak and write fluent French and have at least a B2 level in German; oral skills in Italian and/or English would be an asset.
- Even under heavy workload, you work in a focused, efficient and precise manner.
- You are a communicative, flexible and dynamic person.
