CRS Health Auxiliary at 80%

The Espace Foundation has been active since 2004. It operates in the cantons of Neuchâtel and Vaud, with over 200 employees working there daily.

 Our Clos Bercher Housing and Care Centre is a medicalised psycho-social establishment for an adult population with a mission of maintenance/rehabilitation, with a capacity of 27 beds located in Bercher, in the Gros-de-Vaud. This residence has a 3-hectare animal park and a peaceful, privileged location on the edge of a forest and by the Menthue river.

 To strengthen our team, we are looking for someone for 1 September or by agreement

 Your tasks

• Supervision and support of assigned guests
• Assistance with personal care, movement and other daily activities
• Offering our guests daily activities with creative occupations, walks, etc.
• Taking charge of tasks as a reference person on delegation
• Participation in care reports and communication of important observations
• Writing care notes in our CareCoach care documentation system 
• Assistance with logistical and household activities

Your profile

• Having completed a CRS care course
• Several years of professional experience in care is an asset

• A warm, humourful attitude and the desire to work in a close-knit team 
• Enjoyment in taking on varied challenges
• Good knowledge of French, both spoken and written
