YOUR TASKS
- You warmly welcome our patients and accompany them from the first call to the follow-up appointment
- You organise consultations and appointments and act as the interface to doctors, specialist departments and external partners
- You maintain patient records, record services and prepare billing
- You assist our doctors with blood sampling, ECGs, dressing changes and minor procedures
- You ensure treatment rooms and equipment are ready for use and order materials
- You contribute to quality issues, projects and events and help to further develop our processes
YOUR PROFILE
- You have completed MPA training and ideally have further qualifications
- You bring experience from an acute hospital or a medical practice, preferably also in patient reception and practice administration
- You keep an overview even in hectic moments and think solution-oriented
- You work confidently with Windows and Office and have excellent spoken and written German
- You present yourself in a friendly manner, approach people with empathy and treat sensitive information discreetly
- You work independently and reliably and are also willing to work outside opening hours, for example at sports events or workshops
