IT Manager (m/f/d)
This ROCKEN® partner is one of the world’s leading clinics and research institutions specialising in neurorehabilitation, based in Switzerland. Located in a wonderful setting with breathtaking views of the Swiss Alps, they offer state-of-the-art neurorehabilitation as well as individual home treatment in collaboration with partners.
Role:
In this role, as IT Operations Manager, you take responsibility for smooth, secure, and stable IT operations. You ensure that systems, applications, and infrastructure function reliably and are continuously monitored, maintained, and optimised. You coordinate operational tasks in the IT environment, manage service providers, and ensure that defined service levels and processes are adhered to. Furthermore, you analyse and prioritise incidents and changes to minimise risks and ensure the availability of business-critical services. Through your structured approach and experience in IT operations, you contribute significantly to the continuous improvement of the IT landscape.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the IT support team and ensure stable daily IT operations
Manage and optimise workplace IT, user onboarding, and lifecycle management
Coordinate IT projects and the implementation of clinical and administrative systems
Manage external IT providers and further develop service, governance, and support processes
Coordinate data protection and compliance activities operationally with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
Experience in IT operations, service management, or infrastructure coordination
Good technical understanding of workplace IT and operational support processes
Practical experience in IT project coordination and continuous process optimisation
Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills
Very good German and English skills as well as an independent and responsible working style
