Caretaker with Focus on Cleaning Management (100%)
Your Tasks
- Ensuring a smooth school day through swift, pragmatic and solution-oriented interventions
- Professional and personnel management of the cleaning team (10 people)
- Responsibility for the procurement and management of cleaning agents, machines and equipment
- Planning and conducting training sessions for the entire building services team
- Proper maintenance of sports infrastructure and outdoor areas
- Participation in projects in the area of building services
- Coordination and supervision of external craftsmen
Your Profile
- Caretaker with a federal diploma or comparable qualification with a focus on cleaning
- Experience in personnel management
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- High service orientation, willingness for evening shifts and on-call duty
- Team player with enjoyment in dealing with various stakeholders
- Technical affinity and manual skills
- Driving licence category B

At the Commercial-Industrial Training Centre Zug (GIBZ), 250 employees work: 220 teachers and lecturers and 30 service staff. Around 2100 learners attend classes in 28 different basic training professions. 200 students attend courses in higher vocational education (HBB) and in professional development.
