Account Opening Clerk

Tasks

• Execution and verification of account openings for private customers
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. anti-money laundering laws)
• Recording and managing customer data in our system
• Advising customers on questions regarding account opening and other banking services
• Supporting the optimisation of internal processes to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Completed training in banking or a comparable qualification
• Initial banking experience, ideally in account opening
• Confident German language skills, French and Italian skills are an advantage
• High service orientation as well as communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Confident handling of MS Office and banking-specific software
