Lead Buyer 100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the strategic procurement of electronic components in an international environment
Development and implementation of purchasing strategies to ensure quality, cost, and delivery performance
Conducting market analyses, identifying and qualifying new suppliers
Leading price and contract negotiations with national and international suppliers
Close collaboration with the departments of development, production, quality, and logistics to optimise procurement processes
Active participation in global procurement projects as well as continuous improvement of the procurement strategy
Qualifications:
Completed technical or commercial basic training
Further training in purchasing, supply chain management, or business administration (e.g. purchasing specialist with federal diploma, business economist HF)
Several years of experience in strategic purchasing in the field of electronics/electrical engineering
Proficient use of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) as well as very good MS Office skills
Analytical, structured, and assertive personality with high initiative
Fluent German and English skills, French is an advantage
