Project Manager Operations and Site Developer 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You take over the leadership and management of operations and site development projects from conception to successful implementation

• You develop strategic concepts to optimise existing sites and plan new site expansions

• You coordinate all project participants such as architects, authorities, service providers and internal specialist departments

• You create project plans, budgets and schedules and ensure their compliance

• You analyse processes and workflows and develop improvement measures for more efficiency

• You conduct site analyses and assess potentials for new locations

• You regularly report to management on project progress and key figures

What do I need to be successful?

You have a degree in industrial engineering, business administration, logistics or a comparable qualification

• You bring several years of experience in project management, ideally in operations or site development

• You have sound knowledge of project management methods and tools

• You possess analytical thinking skills and a structured, solution-oriented way of working

• You communicate confidently at all levels and enjoy working with various stakeholders

• You are assertive, resilient and keep an overview even in complex situations

• You have very good German and good English skills
