For our ROCKEN partner, an internationally active company in the automotive industry with over 30 employees at the Dielsdorf location, we are looking for an active personality for the accounting team starting immediately. You are responsible for managing several accounting units according to IFRS and Swiss GAAP FER and support group reporting. In this role, you are the central contact person for accounting questions and work closely with specialist departments as well as the international group headquarters.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for managing three accounting units according to IFRS and Swiss GAAP FER
You support group reporting in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
You handle operational tax matters such as VAT returns and withholding taxes
You perform account reconciliations and support internal and external audits
You are the contact person for all questions regarding day-to-day accounting as well as inquiries from specialist departments and the group headquarters
You drive the continuous development and digitalisation of accounting processes
You actively participate in projects and change requests
Qualifications:
You have a qualification as an accountant with a professional certificate or a higher business administration degree (university, university of applied sciences, higher technical college)
You have several years of accounting experience with confidence in balance sheets and financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER and IFRS
Experience in leasing business or automotive-related financial services is an advantage
You have solid IT skills, especially in SAP and Office applications
Experience in data evaluation and analysis (data warehouse) is an advantage
You are proficient in German and English as business languages
You demonstrate a deep understanding of overall corporate contexts as well as enthusiasm for numbers and passion for the automotive industry
