Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 100,000Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, an internationally active Swiss company in the luxury sector headquartered in Kriens, we are looking for a committed individual for the accounting department starting immediately. You will manage the financial accounting for the company and its subsidiaries and play a key role in preparing financial statements. In a dynamic environment with flat hierarchies, you will take responsibility and contribute to the further development of financial processes.
Responsibilities:
You manage financial accounting including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and asset accounting for the company and its subsidiaries
You assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements according to Swiss accounting standards
You handle VAT returns and expense management
You take on administrative and organisational tasks in daily operations
You prepare reports and analyses for management
You support controlling and liquidity planning
You collaborate with internal and external partners such as auditors and tax consultants
You develop processes and procedures in financial accounting further
Qualifications:
You have completed commercial training with further education in accounting (e.g. professional certificate in finance and accounting) or a degree in controlling/accounting
You bring professional experience in accounting, ideally in an international environment
You possess solid knowledge of Swiss accounting standards and tax law
You are proficient in accounting software (SAP & Abacus) and MS Office, especially Excel
You demonstrate analytical thinking, a structured working style, and a strong affinity for numbers
You are a team player, communicative, proactive, and enjoy working with various internal stakeholders
You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form; English and Italian skills are an advantage
