Project Manager Heating/Cooling (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 110,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced professional for the independent execution and management of demanding heating and cooling projects in the Zurich area. You will take on the technical, organisational and financial responsibility for your projects and accompany them from execution planning through installation to commissioning and billing. In doing so, you will lead the assigned installers, coordinate suppliers and other project partners, and ensure timely and cost-effective implementation. The position offers varied projects in a modern HVAC environment as well as opportunities for professional development and part-time work.
Responsibilities:
Independent management and handling of demanding heating and cooling projects from the execution phase to commissioning
Responsibility for project budget, cost control, deadlines and execution quality
Technical development and coordination of heating, cooling and energy systems taking into account project-specific requirements
Leadership and deployment planning of project-related installer and assembly teams
Coordination of work on site as well as participation in construction and coordination meetings
Responsibility for complete project administration, including documentation, change orders and project controlling
Preparation and calculation of offers, supplementary offers and performance invoices as a basis for invoicing
Technical advice and support for clients, planning offices and other project participants
Coordination and negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors as well as ensuring economical material procurement
Accompaniment and coordination of commissioning, functional checks, approvals and handovers
Ensuring professional execution in accordance with relevant SIA standards, energy requirements and Swiss building technology standards
Participation in the optimisation of execution processes, project calculation and quality assurance
Qualifications:
Completed training as building services planner heating EFZ, heating installer EFZ or comparable building services basic training
Several years of professional experience in the field of heating and/or cooling, ideally with project responsibility
Further training as technician HF building services or comparable qualification is an advantage
Experience in project management, calculation, tendering and cost control
Good knowledge in the execution and commissioning of heating and cooling systems
Confident handling of industry-standard planning, calculation and administration software
Category B driving licence as well as very good German language skills
