- Technical support of the branch and assistance with quotations
- Consultation and support of customers with technical questions and problems
- Preparation of quotations, project planning and calculations
- Organisation of workflows in workshop production
- Scheduling and quality assurance in plant construction (with Fischer cores)
- Compliance with standards, regulations and pressure equipment rules in your own area
- Participation in product development and new concepts
- Monitoring new technologies and their implementation
- Participation in professional organisations as well as support with lectures and training
- Implementation of processes according to ISO 9001
- Completed training as a refrigeration system fitter EFZ, refrigeration technician or comparable qualification
- HF qualification in the field of refrigeration or air conditioning technology is an advantage
- High reliability, initiative and enjoyment of direct customer contact
- Sound technical understanding and solution-oriented thinking
- Independent and structured way of working with a hands-on mentality
- Service, maintenance and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems
- Commissioning as well as technical support on site
- Analysis, consultation and development of customer-specific solutions
