Head of Payroll Department (80 - 100%)

On behalf of our client, a modern, digitalised and rapidly growing fiduciary based in Geneva and Lausanne, we are recruiting a Head of Payroll Department (80-100%).

As part of the development of its activity, we are looking for an experienced person to lead the Payroll department.

Your main tasks

• Ensure the management, coordination and development of the Payroll department
• Supervise, support and develop the skills of a dedicated team
• Oversee and guarantee the quality of payroll processing and social security obligations
• Work closely with the Mandate Managers to ensure optimal client support
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and contribute to the optimisation of digital tools
• Be a reference person on issues related to payroll management and regulatory changes
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards and client commitments

Profile sought

• Training in HR, finance, accounting or an equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in payroll management and HR administration in a fiduciary
• First successful experience in management or strong enthusiasm for team management
• Very good knowledge of Payroll processes and Swiss social insurances
• Comfortable with digital tools and interested in modern and innovative environments
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
• Autonomous, organised and solution-oriented person
