Your mission

You support recognised refugees in building a realistic professional project, taking into account their skills, background and aspirations. Specifically, you:

define integration pathways and ensure the follow-up of courses, training, internships and adapted programmes;

support beneficiaries with their application files and steps towards training or employment;

lead group modules dedicated to internships, training and job searching;

work in a network with social workers, partners and relevant cantonal services (COSM, ODAS, OMAT).

Your profile

university of applied sciences, university or equivalent training in social sciences, humanities, psychology or a relevant field;

experience in individual support, professional integration, placement or human resources;

knowledge of the Neuchâtel economic fabric, the labour market and training in Switzerland;

empathy, maturity, autonomy, proactivity and the ability to establish a climate of trust;

proficiency in IT tools and rigour in administrative follow-up;

additional training in integration (CAS, job coaching) and experience in group facilitation: assets.
