Purchaser (m/f/d)
Implants that restore movement – our Rocken partner develops and produces innovative medical technology for shoulder, hip, knee and other joints. With surgical solutions used worldwide in operating theatres, the company combines engineering expertise with medical precision. The focus is on developing customised implant systems and digital planning tools that support surgeons and enable patients to regain quality of life. Research, development and production work closely together – from the initial idea to market readiness. Flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths characterise everyday life. We are looking for a personality for our Rocken partner who wants to combine technology and medicine. Are you ready to work on solutions that make a real difference?Responsibilities:
- Managing the sourcing process from purchase requisition to invoice approval
- Ensuring material availability within your area of responsibility
- Collaborating with Supplier Quality Management to resolve supplier complaints
- Continuous improvement of the operational procurement process
- Participation in sourcing projects
- Updating purchasing master data to comply with required compliance standards
Qualifications:
- Your technical skills in using MS Office, especially Power BI, Excel and Access, are advanced
- You have completed a technical or commercial basic education (HF/FH) and have initial experience in purchasing or supply chain
- Your German and English skills are fluent in spoken and written form
- Ideally, you have experience with SAP
- You are a networked thinker and a strong communicator with a hands-on mentality
- You have a strong affinity for data analysis and preparation
