As administrative support for the new construction project on behalf of the Directorate Nursing/MTT, we are looking for from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement and limited until 31 December 2027

Your tasks – our position
- Administrative and organisational support of the sub-project management and line managers of the Directorate Nursing/MTT, primarily within the framework of the new construction project
- Creating and continuously updating overviews, schedules and other working documents
- Support in the creation and documentation of processes, concepts and workflow representations
- Recording, maintaining and updating processes, tasks and project information in the designated tools
- Organisation and coordination of appointments and meetings including invitations and room reservations
- Preparation and follow-up of meetings as well as minute-taking and tracking of pending items
- Building and maintaining a structured and comprehensible document filing system
- Compiling, preparing and updating project documents and presentations
- Administrative support for other projects and tasks of the Directorate Nursing/MTT
Your skills – our requirements
- Completed commercial or business administration training
- Experience in administrative support and accompaniment of projects
- Experience in creating and maintaining overviews, process representations and project documentation
- Organisation, coordination as well as preparation and follow-up of appointments and meetings
- Ensuring a structured filing system and tracking of pending items, tasks and decisions
- Very good organisational skills as well as a structured and independent working style
- Confident handling of common Office applications
- Good communication and coordination skills as well as enjoyment in collaborating with different professional groups and project participants
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form; French skills are an advantage
