Finance Clerk (m/f/d)

Role:
Our client is a digitally oriented fiduciary company that supports businesses and private individuals with financial and business management issues. The service offering includes especially accounting, annual financial statements, tax consulting as well as other fiduciary and corporate services. Through the use of modern technologies, processes are designed efficiently and customers are individually supported.

Responsibilities:
You ensure the correct handling of ongoing accounting and are responsible for all processes in accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger as well as payment transactions.
You check booking processes, reconcile accounts and ensure comprehensible and reliable financial data.
You actively participate in the preparation of financial statement documents and the creation of consolidated financial statements including consolidation.
You take care of tax-related notifications in the areas of VAT, withholding tax and withholding tax on dividends.
You use digital possibilities to automate accounting processes and assess the quality of automated bookings, reports and analyses.
Qualifications:
Your bachelor's degree provides you with a solid business management foundation.
You find it easy to work with new technologies.
You work conscientiously, proactively and with a keen eye for detail.
You have very good knowledge of German and English.
