Responsibilities:
You define standards for LAN / WAN network topologies and manufacturing networks and implement them.
You are responsible for the design and operation of the global LAN, WLAN, RAS-VPN, DHCP/DNS and WAN infrastructure.
In the area of IT security, you work closely with other teams.
You evaluate and define hardware standards for LAN and WLAN components.
Qualifications:
You have a degree in computer science or a comparable discipline; certifications in the network field are an advantage.
You have several years of experience operating complex network infrastructures, firewalls, protocols and network components.
You are characterised by a quick grasp, good conceptual skills and a high level of abstraction ability.
You possess strong communication skills, a high level of drive and customer orientation.
Fluent German and English skills complete your profile.
