Recognised and essential for over 40 years, Multi Personnel is an agency specialising in the provision of administrative staff and executives, temporary and permanent, in numerous economic sectors such as banking, financial companies, multinationals, NGOs, SMEs and local institutions. On behalf of a well-known company in the construction sector, we are looking for a Construction Estimator to strengthen a technical team active on various building and civil engineering projects.

Mission:

• Study tender documents and analyse the technical aspects of projects.
• Establish cost calculations and price studies.
• Prepare technical and commercial offers.
• Consult suppliers, partners and subcontractors.
• Participate in the development of technical solutions and execution variants.
• Compile submission dossiers.
• Ensure follow-up of offers until their award.
• Collaborate closely with the works teams and management.

Profile

• Technical training in the construction field (ES Technician, Site Manager, Engineer or equivalent training).
• Proven experience in a similar role in Switzerland.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and sector regulations.
• Excellent command of common IT tools.
• Analytical mind, rigour and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently while appreciating teamwork.
• Fluent French; German is an asset.
