ICT Systems Technician: Telecommunications (m/f/d)
Role:
You don’t just want to connect devices, but create solutions that really matter in your customers’ daily lives? As an ICT Systems Technician: Telecommunications, you are the technical contact person for telephony and networking for private individuals and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Every assignment brings new situations. This is where your holistic view and your ability to make independent decisions count.
Responsibilities:
You receive fault reports and resolve technical problems independently on site or via remote access
In addition, you set up VoIP telephony (Voice over IP) and network components and keep them up to date
You support customers with questions about their communication solutions and clearly present suitable options
You take care of maintenance and servicing of telephone systems as well as smaller LAN and WLAN environments
Furthermore, you document installations and configurations clearly in writing
You also actively contribute to the further development of the product and service offerings
Qualifications:
You have completed your basic training as a telematics technician or IT specialist EFZ or have an equivalent background
You feel confident setting up switches, routers and telecommunications technology
You have already worked with customers from the private and SME sectors
Initial experience with software-based telephone systems is a plus
In addition, you have a careful and reliable manner with which you complete tasks independently and keep a clear head even in tricky situations
You also formulate precisely and fluently in German and are mobile thanks to a category B driving licence
