Your area of operation is the Seeland near Bern, based at our location at Morgenstrasse 136 in Bern.

• In your role, you take responsibility for the sales region Seeland near Bern (with workplace in the region and the possibility to work from home)
• Your main task is to maintain the existing customer base and convince new customers of the company Richner (our customer groups include sanitary installers, architects, investors, etc.)
• You are responsible for the sales and margin targets in your assigned area
• As a link to our customers, you are the first point of contact for specialist questions
• You implement sales promotions such as promotions and campaigns in your sales area
• Positioning the Richner brand in the market

If your heart beats faster for the above-described area of responsibility and you bring the following experiences and skills, you are our ideal candidate:

• You have a high level of enthusiasm and passion for our products and interior construction
• You possess sales flair, are strong in closing and ideally already have experience in field service
• You are skilled in independent planning and prioritisation of daily tasks as well as effective time management and self-organisation
• Ideally, you have further training as a sales specialist with a federal certificate of competence or similar
• With a winning and positive manner, you convince our customers
• Sanitary knowledge is an advantage
• Your nature is characterised by curiosity
• You have confident German language skills in spoken and written form
