Microsoft 365 System Engineer & IT Support (m/f/d)
Role:
Our client is an IT service provider that supports small and medium-sized enterprises in the maintenance and development of their IT environments. In this versatile role, you will support customers in the Microsoft environment, resolve technical faults, and participate in migrations and infrastructure projects. You will have the opportunity to expand your expertise in Microsoft 365, cloud, and IT security and gradually take on more responsibility in more demanding customer projects.
Responsibilities:
Support of SME customers in daily IT operations as well as assistance in 1st and 2nd level support via telephone, remote, and on-site
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows clients and servers
Administration of Microsoft 365 environments as well as management of users and permissions in Active Directory
Participation in IT migrations, infrastructure projects, and implementation of security measures
Monitoring and maintenance of customer environments as well as sustainable analysis and resolution of technical faults
Documentation of system landscapes, support solutions, and technical processes
Participation in managed services and automations as well as gradual assumption of additional project responsibility
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification
Practical experience in the Microsoft environment with Windows clients, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365
Basic knowledge of networks, WLAN, and firewalls
Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
Driving licence category B
Independent, customer-oriented, and structured working style
Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, PowerShell, IT security, WatchGuard, or virtualisation with Hyper-V and VMware is an advantage
