Permanent Contract - PPE Accountant - Lausanne

Founded in 2001, the Fed Finance firm specialises in temporary and permanent recruitment for accounting and finance professions.

We are recruiting for a family-run property management company, well-established and recognised in the Lausanne market, a full-time PPE Accountant for a permanent position.

Within a human-sized structure, renowned for its professionalism and quality of services, you will join a dynamic accounting team and participate in the financial management of a portfolio of condominiums.

As a PPE Accountant, you will ensure the accounting management of the condominiums and contribute to the proper financial monitoring of the various mandates.

Your main duties:

- Prepare the annual PPE statements and ensure the allocation of charges.
- Manage the treasury and monitor financial flows.
- Prepare and check the management statements of individual lots as well as heating statements.
- Take charge of the takeover of PPE accounting mandates.
- Post invoices and process payments.
- Control accounts and respond to co-owners' requests.
- Participate in the administrative management of files, filing, and management of the supplies department.
- Handle telephone communications and follow up on co-owners' requests.
- Work closely with the management teams to ensure rigorous follow-up of files.

Profile sought:

- Maturity or diploma in accounting.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate accounting in Switzerland, ideally in PPE management.
- Good knowledge of PPE statements, charge allocation, and real estate accounting operations.
- Knowledge of Quorum software is an asset.
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
- Rigour, autonomy, organisational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, and customer service orientation.
- Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
